We started by looking at different kinds of food. We found that some foods are harmful and others are good for us. For example, we know that sugar is very unhealthy because it causes weight gain. However, vegetables and fruits are good for us as they have vitamins and minerals that our bodies need.

Next we considered exercise. Exercise improves the strength and energy of our bodies. Exercise makes us happy. There are lots of exercises that we can do. Running, swimming, dancing, lifting weights, and playing sports are some examples. Yoga is another way we can increase our strength. Yoga is a great way to improve flexibility and your breathing. Avoid junk food and drink plenty water if you want to lose weight.

Let's talk about sleep. Sleep is one the most important things we do each day. If we don’t get enough sleep, our bodies can become fatigued and stressed. This can lead to headaches, back pain and other health problems, such as depression, heart disease, diabetes, heart disease, and obesity.
